We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. If your package is returned to us, the full shipping amount will be charged to ship again instead of the flat rate amount. We cannot give refunds for unclaimed packages. We will contact you by your email on file if your package is returned so please make sure we have an email that you monitor regularly just in case we need to contact you. You should receive tracking information to the email address you entered when you ordered. This will happen once your package has shipped. Please allow 1-3 Business days for the tracking to update with the shipping carrier.
We tend to ship within 1 week but may take longer if we are out of town for an event. Please contact us if you need your items by a certain date. Pre-Order items will delay your entire order until we receive the finished Pre-Order items. Please check the estimated shipping dates and any updates we post. You can always contact us if you have any questions!
Please contact the Shipping carrier first (USPS, UPS, ect.) and give them your tracking information. They should be able to tell you where they left the package. Please contact us if they cannot resolve the issue and we will see what we can do.
Usually this means the package is in transit from the U.S. but depends on the carrier. If your package doesn’t arrive within 8 weeks from ship date, please contact us immediately! Do not wait more than 115 days from ship date to contact us. Past this timeframe, orders are ineligible for insurance claim refunds!
Yes! But only if you have not received a shipping notification email for any of the packages. Please email us right away with your name and order numbers to email@example.com. If your orders can be combine, we will refund any excess shipping.
All items will ship together once Pre-Order items are received. If you need your other items sooner, please order them separate form any Pre-Order items.
Please contact us right away with your order number and the correct address. Even if you receive a shipping notification, we may not have dropped off the package yet so please still contact us. This is not guaranteed though. If your package is returned we can resend it, but shipping will have to be charged even if you received free shipping.
We will usually restock items if they are not limited edition. Please message us about what item you are looking for and we will let you know if or when it will be available.
We apologize but all sales are final and we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This also applies to any Pre-Ordered or Backordered items. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing and contact us immediately with any concerns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your concern so we can help resolve it.
We sort through all items before shipment to make sure the best quality pins are sent for non- B Grade orders. Very minor cosmetic imperfections may still occur since pins are hand-made, but we try to send the very best still! If there is a major issue, please email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve it. B-Grade pins vary a lot in their imperfections and there is no guarantee what flaw you will get. If you are concerned about B-Grade quality, please purchase from the A-grade listing.
